The above-mentioned fees are applicable per workshop. Participants attending workshops on both 10th and 11th September 2026 will be charged separately for each workshop attended.
Note
- Postgraduate students must attach a certificate from their HOD and be a member of AOGD to present a Free paper/ Poster.

- For spot registrations, payment will be accepted via Cash, Card, or UPI only (cheques will not be accepted). Delegate kits will be provided subject to availability.
- Delegate kits will be handed over only to registered delegates.
- Registration is non-transferable.
- No delegate kit, workshop material, or any other conference material will be distributed to Delegates, Associate Delegates, or PG Students after the conference.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the AOGD Secretariat.
- Cancellation requests received on or before 15th July 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund of the registration fee paid.
- Cancellation requests received between 16th July 2026 and 14th August 2026 will be eligible for a 25% refund of the registration fee paid.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations received on or after 15th August 2026.
- The refund process will commence 30 days after the conclusion of the conference.
Force Majeure
The Organizing Committee of AOGD 2026 shall not be liable for any delay, modification, postponement, or cancellation of the conference due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, terrorism, labor disputes, war, civil unrest, or government restrictions.
